Prosciutto wrapped avocado

● 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
● 1⁄2 medium ripe avocado, sliced into 8 wedges
● 1 teaspoon Origin 846 extra virgin olive oil
● 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
● 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

Cut prosciutto into 16 pieces, and loosely wrap avocado slice with 1 piece of prosciutto. Place wrapped pieces on a serving plate.
Douse everything with Origin 846 olive oil, top with a bit of salt and freshly ground pepper.
