● fresh cherry tomatoes
● (250g) mozzarella pearls
● (20g) rocket
● about 8 basil leaves, finely chopped
● 2 tbsp Origin 846 extra virgin olive oil
● 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
● salt and pepper
Cut the tomatoes in half and place in a large plate, toss with rocket, parsley, fresh mozzarella and herbs. Drizzile combined Origin 846 extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.
