My olive oil is cloudy with globs, flecks, swirls, and chunks, what’s wrong with it?

Nothing. It is likely that the olive oil was exposed to temperatures close to or below 45°F during shipping, storage, on the store shelf or even in your home. It is still good to use with no loss of quality, flavor or shelf life. Once it warms up again to room temperature it will return to its normal clear state and consistency.
